Research about the Temporal Spirit of Marxist Need Theory in the Party's Ideological and Political Education

党的思想政治教育工作以多重需求的人为对象。马克思认为,人的内在本质力量通过需要得到确证。本文将人的需要分为物质性需要、社会性需要与精神性需要。通过对毛泽东、邓小平以及当代领导人在不同时期根据人民群众的需要所提出的不同方针政策的解读,提出在新的时代背景下,为体现党的思想政治教育工作实效性,必须以满足人民群众的各方面需要为出发点和归宿。

Multiple needs of people is the object of the party＇s ideological and political education work. In the thought of Marx, the strength of people＇s intrinsic nature is confirmed through the need. In this paper, the needs of people can be divided into material needs, social needs and spiritual needs. Through the interpretation of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and contemporary leaders, who put forward different policies in different periods according to the needs of the people, the ideological and political education work should take satisfying people＇s various needs as the starting point and the ob- jective in the new era and improve the efficiency of the work.
