摘要
农村幼儿教师的生存状态和专业发展呈现出幼儿园管理制度较人性化,人际关系融洽;农村幼儿教师的职业满意度较高,职业发展前景乐观;专业发展愿望强烈的特点。存在整体素质不高;工资及福利待遇较差;工作强度高压力大;工作环境满意度低;职业坚定性较弱;专业发展机会少等问题。可以通过完善社会保障机制;创设良好的工作环境,减轻压力和负担;落实相关政策,提高待遇等途径加以解决。
The survival state and professional development of rural preschool teachers shows three characteristics and some problems. There are more humanized management system and more harmo- nious interpersonal relationship in rural kindergarten; the rural preschool teachers have higher occupa- tion satisfaction, more optimistic about the prospect for the development of occupation and a strong desire of professional development. But the overall quality of rural preschool teachers is not high; the salary and welfare work is poor; high strength and pressure; Work environment satisfaction is low, professional firmness is weak and less professional development opportunities. We can improve the social security mechanism, create a good working environment, alleviate the pressure and burden, im- plement the relevant policies and improve the treatment, and so on.
