延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的应用

Application of extended nursing in heart failure patients combined with arrhythmia

目的：探讨延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的应用。方法：选取2011年1月-2014年12月收治入院的心力衰竭合并心律失常的患者200例作为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者实施常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理基础上实施延伸护理干预措施。对两组患者胸痛缓解时间、机械通气时间、卧床时间、住院时间、知识掌握情况、满意度评分、疗效及并发症发生情况进行分析,应用医院焦虑抑郁量表比较两组患者护理干预前后的心理状况。结果：观察组患者胸痛缓解时间、机械通气时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组患者卧床时间、住院时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）,患者满意度评分、疾病相关知识掌握情况及疗效均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,并发症发生情况低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组患者干预后焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：心力衰竭合并心律失常患者经有效的治疗后再配合延伸护理干预措施,能明显改善患者的心理状况,提高患者满意度及疗效,降低并发症发生情况,最终达到提高临床护理质量的目的。

Objective：To investigate the effect of extended care in heart failure combined with arrhythmia patients. Methods：From January 2011-December 2014 chose 200 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia as the research object,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while the observation group patients received extended nursing intervention based on routine nursing care. On two groups of patients with nursing effect,general knowledge,satisfaction score,the cure rate and the incidence of complications were ana-lyzed. The application of the hospital anxiety and depression scale as the evaluation index were compared between the two groups before and after nursing inter-vention. Results：Chest pain patients in the observation group remission time,duration of mechanical ventilation compared with control group the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05）. The observation group were bed time,shorter hospital stay than the control group （P 〈0. 05）,patient satisfaction scores,disease-related knowledge to grasp the situation and efficacy than the control group （P〈0. 05）,complications were lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.After the intervention of the observation group were anxiety and depression scores than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Heart failure com-bined with arrhythmia after effective treatment, with the extension of nursing intervention measures,can significantly improve the patient＇s satisfaction and heart failure combined with arrhythmia corrected,and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving the quality of clinical nursing.
