护理风险措施在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用

Application of nursing risk measures in nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的：探讨护理风险措施在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年1月在我院确诊为急性心肌梗死的患者100例并随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规的护理方法,观察组采用护理风险措施护理。比较两组的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者风险事件发生少于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者经过风险护理干预后心律失常、心肌梗死后综合征等并发症发生率低于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者干预后SAS、SDS评分情况也低于对照组（P〈0.05）,且观察组患者在医院的生活质量评分及满意率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：护理风险措施在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用,可以降低风险事件和并发症的发生,改善患者心态,提高患者的生活质量和对护理服务的满意率。

Objective：To explore the application effect of nursing risk measure in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods：From January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction in 100 patients and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the con-trol group. The control group used conventional methods of care,while the observation group used nursing measures for comparing the clinical risk. To com-pare the efficacy of the two groups. Results：The of incidence of risk events observation group was less than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Observation group after nursing intervention risk in patients with cardiac arrhythmias,embolism syndrome after the incidence of complications such as significantly lower than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Observation group in patients with SAS,SDS score was significantly lower than the control group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Observation group of patients in the hospital＇s quality of life the satisfaction degree was significantly better than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The application of nursing risk measures in patients with acute myocardial infarction can reduce the risk e-vents and complications,improve the patient＇s attitude,improve the quality of life and satisfaction of nursing service
