PDCA循环在提升严重创伤患者早期救治效果中的应用

Application of PDCA cycle on promoting the early treatment effect for severe trauma patients

目的：探讨运用PDCA循环管理法,提升严重创伤患者早期救治效果。方法：选取2012年1月-2013年12月我科救治的严重创伤患者256例,随机分成对照组121例和观察组135例,对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组采用PDCA循环优化严重创伤患者的管理方案。比较两组患者有效抢救时间、抢救成功率、住院天数和并发症发生率。结果：观察组患者的有效抢救时间和平均住院天数均短于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的抢救成功率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,在并发症的发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：PDCA管理理念可强化前瞻性管理的思维,有利于及时发现和解决影响严重创伤患者抢救中存在问题,提升严重创伤患者的救治效率,改善治疗结局。

Objective：To discuss the effect of PDCA cycle management using in early treatment in severe trauma patients. Methods：Collected the clinical da-ta from January 2012 to December 2013,121 severe trauma emergency patients were the control group,they received normal nursing. While135 severe trauma patients were the observation group,and they were used the PDCA cycle management method in severe trauma patients. These two groups were compared effi-cient rescue time and the rescue success rate,hospitalization days and complication morbidity rate. Results：The efficient rescue time and the average days of hospital stay of the observation group were obviously shorter than those of the control group （P〈0. 05）;and the rescue success rate of the observation group was obviously higher than the control group （P〈0. 05）,the complication rate was lower than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：PDCA cycle strengthens forward-looking management thinking of clinical nursing management,promotes to establish perfect emergency medical service system and en-hances clinically treatment level and efficiency of severe trauma patients.
