改良McRobert体位在脐带绕颈产妇第二产程中的应用

Application of modified McRobert position in treatment of maternal cord around the neck at the second stage

目的:探讨改良McRobert体位在脐带绕颈产妇第二产程中的应用效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将100例脐带绕颈产妇等分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用传统的仰卧膀胱截石位分娩,试验组采用改良McRobert体位分娩,即配合产床角度进行分娩。比较两组产妇的第二产程分娩时间、分娩结局。结果:试验组产妇的第二产程分娩时间短于对照组(P<0.05),分娩结局优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脐带绕颈产妇第二产程应用改良McRobert体位效果较为明显,整体过程安全可靠,产妇及其家属较满意。

Objective：To explore the application effect of modified McRobert position in umbilical cord around the neck of the second stage of labor in preg-nant women. Methods：100 cases of maternal cord around the neck were divided into two groups at random number table,the control group used the tradition-al supine lithotomy position childbirth,the experimental group used the modified McRobert position childbirth,that given birth by angle with bed capacity. Comparison of labor,then the second stage of maternal effects were compared. Results：The second stage time of experimental group was shorter than the con-trol group （P〈0. 05）,and the birth outcomes was better than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：The effects observed of improved McRobert posi-tion in treatment of maternal cord around the neck at the second stage is more obvious,the whole process is safe and reliable,mothers and maternal family is satisfactory,which is worthy of our widely used in clinical practice.
