风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用

Application of risk prevention and nursing in pediatric nursing management

目的：探讨风险防范式护理在儿科护理管理中的应用效果。方法：选择2011年1月-2012年12月56例患儿作为对照组,采取常规护理管理方式;将2013年1-12月入院的52例患儿作为观察组,采取风险防范式护理。对比两组护理管理质量及家长焦虑状况和满意度。结果：观察组护理质量各项评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,患儿家长焦虑评分低于对照组（P〈0.05）,满意度优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：儿科护理管理中应用风险防范式护理,可以提高护理管理质量,减轻患儿家长不良精神状况,同时还可提高满意度。

Objective：To explore the application effect of risk prevention and nursing in pediatric nursing management. Methods：56 cases from Jan. 2011-Dec. 2012 as the control group treated by routine nursing management ways. 52 cases from Jan. -Dec. 2013 as the observation group treated by the risk pre-vention nursing. Nursing management quality,anxiety status and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results：After intervention nursing quality of ob-servation group was better than control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. After the intervention patients＇anxiety of observa-tion group was significantly lighter than before treatment,and was better than control group at the same period,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Observation group＇s satisfaction was higher than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Application of risk prevention in pediatric nursing management,can improve the quality of nursing management,reduce the mental health of parents of children,but also can improve the satisfaction.
