图谱法康复训练对单纯性胸腰椎体骨折患者康复效果的影响

Application of mapping method in the rehabilitation training among patients with simple thoracolumbar spine fracture

目的：探讨图谱法康复训练对单纯性胸腰椎体骨折患者康复效果的影响。方法：选择2012年1月-2013年12月我科收治的单纯性胸腰椎体骨折患者43例为研究对象。将2012年1-12月收治的19例患者设为对照组,给予常规护理干预;以2013年1-12月收治的24例患者为观察组,在常规护理干预的基础上利用图谱法给予患者功能康复指导和健康教育。比较两组患者出院前的康复训练掌握程度、患者满意度以及训练3个月后的康复程度。结果：出院前观察组患者的健康知识掌握情况、护理满意度及3个月后康复情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：图谱法对单纯性胸腰椎体骨折患者有较好的康复效果,可借鉴推广。

Objective：To explore the rehabilitation effect of mapping method on the rehabilitation training among patients with simple thoracolumbar spine fracture. Methods：The clinical data of 43 patients with simple thoracolumbar spine fracture enrolled in our department from January 2012 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into observation group and control group. 19 cases from January and December 2012 as the control group and received routine nursing intervention. 24 cases from January and December 2013 as the observation group and received rehabilitation training with mapping method based on routine nursing intervention. The rehabilitation knowledge and nursing satisfaction before discharge and rehabilation effect and complication occurrence after 3 months were compared between two groups. Results：The rehabilitation knowledge and nursing satisfaction before discharge and rehabilation effect after 3 months of observation group were significantly superior than those of control group （P〈0. 05）. There was no significant differ-ence in complication occurrence between two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Good rehabilation effects could be obtained with mapping nursing for patients with simple thoracolumbar spine fracture.
