Hazards and Countermeasures of Logistics Enterprises Finance Risks

探讨了财务风险产生的根源,并论述了财务风险对物流企业的危害,最后提出应对财务风险的建议,包括:加强资产管理、建立风险管理制度、应用信息技术、稳定人才队伍等,从而及时发现并化解财务风险,保障物流企业的健康可持续发展。

In this paper, we discussed the causes of the financial risks and their hazards to logistics enterprises. Then we proposed sug- gestions to cope with those risks including strengthening the assets management, establishing the risk management system, applying the infor- mation technologies and stabilizing the talent team so as to defuse the financial risks timely and ensure the healthy and sustainable develop- ment of the logistics enterprises.
