摘要
基于物流行业在发展及运行过程中风险因素相对较高的问题,整个行业应该逐渐强化物流保险的法律制度形式,通过对物流保险问题的分析,建立系统性的制度内容,从而为物流行业管理制度的完善提供充分的保证。
In this paper, facing the high risks existing in the development of the logistics industry and the urgency of strengthening the legal system of the logistics insurance, we analyzed the problems in the logistics insurance and enacted systematic contents so as to of- fer adequate assurance to the management system perfection of the logistics industry.
