摘要
研究船舶动态监控下的船闸调度优化问题,在船舶动态监控系统的辅助下可获得未来T期内船舶到闸的数据。在考虑过闸安全性的前提下把船舶划分为四个组,把船闸的调度问题建模为分组调度优化问题。基于船舶动态数据,在制定当前闸期的调度方案时,通过枚举未来T期内所有可能的调度方案得到局部最优解,以此作为系统的调度方案。算例分析的结果表明,基于局部枚举的调度模型能够获得更优的系统性能。
In this paper, considering the safety lock of the ship, we divided it into four groups, turning the ship lock scheduling problem into a group of scheduling optimization problem. Based on the ship dynamic data, through the enumeration of all possible scheduling scheme of the sub- systems during a period of T, the local optimal solution will be as a scheduling scheme of the system. The example analysis results showed that the proposed scheduling model based on partial enumeration could get better performance from the system.
