Influence of GSP 2012 Version on Logistics Cost of Temperature Sensitive Pharmaceuticals

针对冷链药品流通过程中的温度失控环节和场所,分析了2012版GSP中解决温度失控的措施,通过分析2012版GSP导致温度敏感型药品物流成本上升因素,得出影响药品冷链物流的因素包括冷链包材成本、药品冷链专用设施设备折旧成本、冷链仓储成本(涵盖相关人员因素)、冷链运输成本(涵盖相关人员因素)、隐形效率成本等,并提出了相关建议。

In this paper, aiming at the links and the places which might cause the out of control of the temperature during the circulation of the temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals, we analyzed the measures GSP 2012 version took. Through analyzing the rise of the logistics cost due to the GSP 2012 version, we concluded the factors that affected the cold chain logistics of the pharmaceuticals, including cold chain packaging cost, de- preciation cost of pharmaceutical cold-chain dedicated equipment, cold chain warehouse cost, cold chain transport cost and stealth efficiency cost etc. In the end, we proposed corresponding suggestions.
