结合用友SCM电子沙盘,对沙盘运行过程中影响生产计划制定的三个因素,即市场需求预测、提前期和库存量进行了描述,并对这三个因素在供应链生产计划制定过程中的影响进行了一般性分析。

In this paper, we described the three factors which affected the production planning based UF electronic sand table, including market demand forecast, lead time and stock. Meantime, we analyzed these three factors during the formulation of the supply chain production planning on the whole.
