摘要
[目的]对20%莎稗磷可乳化粉剂的助剂体系进行筛选。[方法]采用超细粉碎,对20%莎稗磷可乳化粉剂进行小试配方筛选。[结果]得到理化性能优良的小试配方:莎稗磷20%,NP-10 5%,T-20 5%,NP-10-P 1%,无水乙醇10%,溶剂油S-150 10%,木质素磺酸钙5%,扩散剂NNO 3%,十二烷基硫酸钠2%,白炭黑30%,轻质碳酸钙补足至100%。[结论]用该配方制得的样品性能稳定,质量可靠。
[Aims] Screening of the adjuvant system for anilofos 20% emulsifiable powder was performed. [Methods] The formulation for anilofos 20% emulsifiable powder was processed by ultrafine grinding. [Results] The results showed that the formula was anilofos 20%, NP-10 5%, T-20 5%, NP-10-P 1%, ethanol 10%, solvent oil S-150 10%, calcium lignosulphonate 5%, dispesing agent NNO 3%, sodium lauryl sulfate 2%, white carbon black 30%, light calcium carbonate up to 100%. [Conclusions] Samples prepared using the formulation are of stable performace and reliable quality.
