摘要
通过对TLJ18连接件的零件图进行分析,通过Pro/E软件完成零件和毛坯的三维造型,模具设计。根据实际加工条件,选择熔模精铸,并结合通用机床加上专用夹具的方法完成工艺规程的设计,实现该零件的加工。并以一套夹具为例,叙述了专用夹具的设计过程,并完成了模具复杂型腔的数控编程和仿真。
According to the two-dimensional part drawings of TLJ18 connector, the 3D-models of the part and the blank are finished by Pro/E. Moreover, the assembling of the mold is finished. Investment casting is used to form the blank, general machines and special fixtures are used to finish the process design. How to design the special fixture is introduced. At last, the NC program of the mold cavity is finished.
