摘要
通过失重法和极化曲线法研究在酸性介质中表面活性剂DBSAS和OP对碳钢的缓蚀效应。实验结果表明:当在1.0 mol/L盐酸中加入缓蚀剂后,溶液对A3钢的腐蚀明显降低。加入DBSAS浓度为80 mg/L时缓蚀率最高,达到54.19%;加入OP浓度为100 mg/L时缓蚀率最高,达到63.13%;加入OP与DBSAS的复配物浓度为50 mg/L+40 mg/L时,缓蚀率达到最优值,为70.39%。
The corrosion effect of surfactant of DBSAS and OP on carbon steel in acid medium was investigated by weight-loss and polarization curve method. The results show that after adding inhibitor in 1.0mol / L HCL, solution on the corrosion of A3 steel decreases. We got the highest corrosion rate when adding DBSAS at 80mg / L, it is 54.19%. The OP added for the 100mg / L, the highest inhibition rate reaches 63.13%. The Complex of OP and DBSAS added for the concentration of 50mg / L +40 mg / L, the corrosion rate of the optimal value is 70.39%.
