摘要 针对主动再制造时间区域调控的问题,通过分析产品设计参数、服役特性及产品主动再制造时间区域之间的内在联系,揭示了产品主动再制造的主动调控机制;以产品服役性能的有限元仿真分析及实验验证为基础,提出了产品设计参数与服役特性映射模型的建模流程;采用控制变量法和多项式拟合最小二乘法,研究和建立了产品设计参数与服役特性之间的映射关系及模型。最后,以桥壳为例,对建模方法的可行性进行验证。 Aim at regulation and control of time zone in initiative remanufacturing, internal relations between product design parameters, service property and the time zone during product initiative remanufacturing was analyzed to reveal the initiative regulation and control mechanism during product initiative remanufacturing. It takes finite element simulation analysis and experimental verification of product service properties as the base to propose the modeling flowchart for mapping model of product design parameters and service properties. Control-variable method and polynomial least square method are introduced to examine the mapping relationship between product design parameters and service properties while establishing its model. Finally, it takes axle housing as the example to verify the feasibility of this modeling approach.
