针对纤维打包机在生产中出现计量精度不准确的问题,介绍了打包机计量系统的3种计量形式及特点,分析了打包机传统计量系统结构导致计量精度不准确的原因,提出改进措施并设计出新的计量机构。指出:打包机计量精度不准确属于结构性原因;新型进料机构改进计量系统的进料斗,计量精度得到了改善,运行平稳,效率高。

To do something against the inaccurate metering problem with baler in production, in- troduction is made to the baler with the 3 metering forms and characteristics. Analysis is done to the baler with traditional metering system resulting in inaccurate metering and puts forward the improvement measures and the design of a new metering mechanism. It is pointed out that the metering accuracy of the baler is not structural problem. The new feeding mechanism of the metering system improves the feeding hopper, and the metering accuracy is improved, and the operation is smooth and the efficiency is high.
