巴西杰瑞电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机定子线棒与绕组关键绝缘性能研究

摘要 通过对巴西杰瑞电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机定子线棒与绕组的关键绝缘技术难点分析,建立了全套绝缘性能测试方法,并对东方电机公司生产的定子线棒与绕组绝缘性能进行了全面测试。结果表明:线棒绝缘性能、线棒绝缘的防潮和防盐雾性能、绕组绝缘性能均满足合同技术要求。 By analyzing the key insulation technical difficulty of stator bar and winding of bulb hydro-generator for the Jirau hydropower the project in Brazil, the test methods of insulation performance of stator bar and winding is established and factory test is finished for the real stator bar and winding proauced by Dongfang Electric Machinery. The result shows that insulation performance of stator bar, the performance of anti-water and anti-salt fog of stator bar, insulation performance of stator winding can all meet the technical requirements specified in contract for construction of the project.
