摘要
核电主泵电机转子端环钎焊质量要求高,在生产过程中时有超标缺陷出现,而国内外均没有成熟的补救措施。本文以氩弧钎焊的方式,采用在已钎焊的废旧端环上制作模拟缺陷的方法进行补焊工艺的研究。主要从工艺可行性、补焊钎缝的质量检测、钎缝宏观金相和微观组织等方面进行探索,并借助相同母材薄板件的氩弧钎焊接头进行了力学性能研究及钎焊机理分析,从中找到了一种可行的补焊措施,并形成了相应的工艺规范。
Brazing an end ring to the rotor of main pump motor for nuclear power plant calls for requirement of high quality in production process. However, there are no remedies available for excessive defects that may apperar occasionally. Brazing repair process is simulated artificial brazing defects on the brazed end ring. This paper provides studies, by way of TIG brazing, on feasibility, quality test of brazing fillet, both macroscopic and microscopic metallurgical organizations of brazing fillet. With the same base material sheet TIG brazed joints, study on mechanical properties and brazing analyses are further presented. At last a feasible repair brazing is submitted along with specifications of related process.
