摘要 慕课对高等教育机构和教师职业的发展带来了挑战和机会。为此,文章通过问卷调查从教师的角度对国内某大学外国语学院的慕课教学前景进行了SWOT分析。研究发现,教师愿意进行慕课教学,认为慕课能够提升学校、学院声誉,也能够带来新的教学实践和学术研究机会,从而促进教师的职业发展;学校声誉对慕课的影响巨大,领导、资金、技术等的支持是慕课成功的关键;学校和学院应抓住机遇、提供资金及技术支持,帮助教师克服多媒体技术能力不足的限制,推动慕课教学的实施,促进院校和教师的共同发展。 To respond to the challenge and opportunity for development of higher learning institution posed by MOOCs, it is of significance and necessity to investigate the MOOCs prospect of a national school of foreign languages from the perspectives of academic institution and faculty. The study makes a SWOT analysis of implementing MOOCs and presents that MOOCs helps to boost the academic institution's prestige, and also bring about teaching and practice opportunities, thus enhance faculty's professional development. And the success of MOOCs relies on school's prestige, executive, financial and technological support. The study concludes that schools and academies should seize the opportunity, provide fund and technical assistance, help teachers overcome the defect in ability of multimedia technology and push the implement of MOOCs to create a win-win situation in terms of institutional, academic and professional development.
