摘要
四川某地绢云母石英片岩型石榴石矿的主要矿物为绢云母、黑云母、石榴石、石英及少量绿泥石。通过对原矿性质分析,将磨矿脱泥除铁后的矿样分级(+0.15 mm和-0.15 mm),采用摇床重选石榴石精矿,通过"一粗两精"的重选流程,最终获得石榴石精矿(粗粒+细粒)回收率达92.62%,实现了石榴石的有效回收。重选尾矿(云母与石英)以H2SO4作为调整剂,十二胺(DDA)作为捕收剂,通过"一粗两扫两精"浮选闭路试验流程,可获得含Al2O3品位为29.26%的云母精矿,尾矿可通过加强扫选满足石英行业标准。云母精矿在磁感应强度为1.0 T时,绢云母尾矿中Fe2O3含量仅为2.08%,实现了绢云母与黑云母的有效分离,最终达到了综合利用绢云母石英片岩型石榴石矿的目的。
The main minerals of the sericite-quartz schist type garnet (Sichuan province in China) are sericite, annite, quartz, and garnet, and a small amount of chlorite. According to the properties of the ore, the sample was classiifed (+0.15 mm and -0.15 mm) after grinding and desliming operations. Through the process of one roughing two cleanings gravity separation respectively, the results show that garnet was effective separated with the recovery of 92.62%. Mica and quartz in gravity separation tailing were separated and mica was obtained with grade of 29.26%, using H2SO4 as regulator and DDA as collector, through the process of one roughing, one cleaning and two scavengings lfotation separation. Flotation tailing may achieve quartz industry standard by strengthening scavenging. Sericite and annite was effectively separated by magnetic separation at 1.0 T, and the grade of Fe2O3 in sericite tailing was only 2.08%. The process achieves the comprehensive utilization of sericite - quartz schist type garnet.
