摘要
主要介绍了一种新型净油设备的工作原理及其工作特点。该设备采用离心真空复合的工作原理,可以对不同黏度的各类油品进行有效过滤净化,具有体积小、工作效率高、不消耗滤材和不破坏油品内部结构等优点,适合在冶金液压设备领域中推广使用。通过试验分析的方法测算出其对于给定品种油品的过滤比,并就其工作性能与其他类型净油设备进行了对比,发现在同等条件下,该机过滤比比其他类型净油设备更高,过滤速度更快;但同时也存在对小颗粒过滤效率不高的问题,仍需进一步完善。
The working principle and characteristic of a new type oil purification equipment are introduced. this machine works by centrifugal vacuum method. All kinds of lubricating oil with different viscosity could be filtered effectively. The machine has such advantage as small size, high efficiency, no use of filter element, oil lossless, and so on. Therefore, it is suitable for the application in metallurgy hydraulic equipment field. The filtering ratio for the defined oil is calculated by data analysis. The author also compares the performance with other oil purification equipment. Under the same condition, it has a higher filtering ratio than others. However, the filtration efficiency for small particles is defective, which should be im proved.
