摘要
利用光敏电阻,以单片机89C52为核心,设计了一种迈克尔逊干涉条纹自动测量仪,介绍了该测量仪各部分的构成、电路和软件设计,并分析了各种干扰及其排除方法。实验结果表明,该仪器显著改善了人工计数引起的问题,降低了测量误差,提高了实验结果的准确性,并缩短了实验时间,提高了实验效率。
Photosensitive resistance and 89C52 single chip are as the core to design a Michelson interference fringes auto matic measuring instrument. The composition, electricity and software design are described. The interference and its recov cry processing methods are analyzed. Based on the data of experiment, problems of manual count can be solved, measure ment error can be reduced, experimental time can be shorten, and thus the accuracy of the experiment is improved.
