摘要
特殊过程是生产质量管理中普遍存在的薄弱环节,特殊过程的确认和控制是质量管理体系控制过程中的一个难点,尤其是从研发向生产阶段的转变过程中,特殊过程往往不能有效识别,即使得以识别也常出现偏离。对产品进行特殊过程的确认和控制,其根本目的是确保产品的质量,因此对特殊过程的管理是质量管理中的一个重点控制过程。结合工作实践,对特殊过程的定义和控制要求进行了阐述,对特殊过程的有效识别方法提出了5个观点,并提出了特殊过程控制能力的办法。特殊过程是确保产品质量的一个重要过程,其具有时效性、复杂性和影响范围比较大等特点,应进行认真、缜密地思考,只有这样才能有效地识别和控制特殊过程,为产品质量的持续改进提供更好的方向。
Special process is a weakness in production quality management. Identification and control of special process is a difficult point in the process of quality management control system, especially from the research to production phase. Spe- cial process usually can't be effectively identified, and it is often identified with appearing deviation. The purpose of the spe- cial process identification and control is to ensure the quality of the products, so the management of the special process is the emphasis of quality management. Connecting with the working practice, the definition and control of special processes are described, put forward five views for effective identification, and effective control measures are proposed. To sum up, a special process is an important process to ensure product quality, which has the characteristic of time-sensitive, high com- plexity, larger influence sphere and so on. Therefore, for the purpose of continuous improvement of product quality, we must think seriously to effectively identify and control the special process.
