慢性阻塞性肺疾病之中医医生主观报告结局量表的研制

Development of Clinician Reported Outcome Scale of Traditional Chinese Medicine about Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:研制包含中医证候要素的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的医生主观报告结局量表(TCMCRO-COPD)。方法:在查阅文献、咨询临床专家和现场调研的基础上,建立量表条目池;通过临床调研,进行条目的语言测试和优化,形成初选量表;对初选量表进行临床调查后进行统计分析,根据分析结果精简和优化条目,形成终选量表。结果:最终建立了TCMCRO-COPD量表,包含疾病特征领域、证候要素领域及满意度领域3个领域,共计16个条目。结论:形成的TCMCRO-COPD量表条目代表性好、独立性强、反应度高,将在下一步的工作中对量表的效信度进行科学性考核。

Objective：To establish and develop the TCMCRO - COPD scales with characteristic of TCM. Methods：Based on theliterature search, direct guidance from respiratory disease experts including TCM doctors and physicians and researches about COPD patients, the items pool was established. We formed the primary scale through clinical research, the purpose of language tes- ting and optimization and then optimized items again according to the result of streamlining and optimizing item analysis. Eventual- ly, we developed TCMCRO - COPD scales. Results：TCMCRO, COPD scale was established,including disease characteristics do- main,TCM Syndrome domain ar.d satisfaction domain,all totally 16 items. Conclusion：TCMCRO -COPD scale items were repre- sentative,independent and reactive and the next step should be the further research on the reliability and validity.
