从临床治验出发,传承岭南名老中医劳绍贤教授治疗胃肠息肉经验,总结出脾胃本虚,六淫、饮食、七情等导致胃肠寒热失调,寒凝血瘀而变生息肉之病机特点,故以胃肠一体,"治未病"贯穿始终,从脾论治胃肠息肉。

Based on clinical experience about treatment of gastrointestinal polyps, especially carrying forward the spirit of LAO Shaoxian,one of the most famous Chinese medicine doctors in South China,our team concluded the pathological characteris- tics, whieh shows spleen deficiency comes first, and then six evils, diet, seven emotions invades. All lead to blood stasis due to cold accumulation, and eventually gastrointestinal polyps generate. As a result, treatment of this disease should base on gastrointestinal holistic view, treating before attack and diagnosing and differentiating from spleen.
