摘要
系统总结治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱的临床经验。作者认为糖尿病神经源性膀胱相当于中医的消渴并癃闭,并对其从肾、脾虚衰进行论治,为中医药治疗糖尿病神经源性膀胱提供相应的诊疗方法。
This paper summarizes our clinical experience in treating diabetic neurogenic bladder. We think diabetic neuro- genie bladder is equivalent to the traditional Chinese medicine diabetes and retention of urine and treat based on kidney and spleen deficiency syndrome, providing the diagnosis and treatment method of the corresponding Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetic neurogenic bladder.
