从文献角度探讨艾滋病中医证素分布规律

Exploration on TCM Syndrome Elements Distribution of AIDS from Perspective of Literature

目的:以文献为依据,探讨艾滋病中医证素分布规律,为临床正确、规范地辨证提供依据。方法:以电子检索为主,手工检索为辅,收集近20年来有关艾滋病临床辨证的相关文献,遵循循证医学的原则,运用SPSS 17.0统计软件,对其病位和病性证素出现的频次进行统计分析。结果:艾滋病病位证素居前3位的是:脾>肺>肾;病性证素居前三位的依次为:气虚(13.8%),阴虚(11.5%)和火热(10.7%)。结论:艾滋病的病位主要涉及脾、肺、肾;病性则与气虚、阴虚和热(火)相关。

Objective ： By the literature as the basis to explore the TCM syndrome elements distribution of AIDS and to provide standardized basis for clinical syndrome differentiation. Methods：Electronic searches supplemented by hand searching,we collect- ed AIDS - related literature on the clinical syndrome in nearly 20 years. Following the principles of evidence - based medicine, statistical software SPSS17.0 was used for its disease location and disease resistance syndrome elements appear frequency analy- sis. Results ： HIV disease top three syndrome elements ： spleen 〉 lung 〉 kidney ; disease resistance syndrome top three factors ： qi de- ficiency （13.8%） ,Yin （11.5%） and heat （10.7%）. Conclusion：AIDS mainly involves spleen,lung and kidney and is related to qi deficiency and heat （fire）.
