从毒论治浅谈中医防治大气污染所致呼吸系统疾病

Prevention Measures of Respiratory System Diseases Caused by Air Pollution with Detoxification Principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine

大气污染对呼吸系统疾病的影响主要表现为急性起病和慢性起病两个方面。其中,急性病主要包括急性气管-支气管炎和哮喘发作;慢性病主要包括慢性阻塞性肺病和肺癌。根据大气污染物的致病途径、致病特点及肺的生理特性等方面论述大气污染物与中医"毒"邪的联系,从而提出解毒,即化解、转化肺内毒素,使毒分解;排毒,即针对毒的部位,因势利导,给毒邪以出路;御毒,即扶助正气,提高机体抗邪能力,治疗大气污染所致呼吸系统疾病。

The influence of atmospheric pollution on the respiratory system diseases are mainly characterized by acute onset and chronic onset. Acute diseases mainly include acute trachea and bronchitis and asthmatic attack. Chronic diseases mainly in- elude chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung cancer. According to pathogenic way of atmospheric pollutants,the pathogen- ic characteristics of air pollutants and physiological properties of lung discuss the relationship between air pollutants and toxicity. And then,we present detoxifieation, expelling of noxious substance and antitoxic to treat respiratory system diseases caused by air pollution.
