摘要
目的:对中药射干的软化和切制工艺进行优化。方法:以射干苷、野鸢尾苷、野鸢尾黄素、次野鸢尾黄素、鸢尾黄素和白射干素的含量为指标,采用正交试验的方法对射干软化和切制的工艺进行优化。结果:射干最佳软化和切制工艺为:药材以3倍量的水,浸润24h,切片厚度为1~2mm,并于80℃烘干。结论:优选的射干软化和切制工艺切实可行,可应用于大生产。
Objective :To optimize softening and cutting technology of Belamcanda rhizoma. Methods :With the contents of tecto- ridin, iridin, irigenin, irisflorentin, tectorigenin and dichotomitin as indexes, which were determined by HPLC, softening and cutting technology of Belamcanda rhizoma was optimized by orthogonal test. Results : The optimal processing conditions are as follows : bel- amcanda rhizoma was immersed in 24 h with three times water at room temperature, cut into 1~ 2 mm piece and drying at 80 ℃. Conclusion :These optimized process were feasible and could be promoted in industrial production.
