熥疗结合推拿治疗梨状肌损伤综合征43例临床观察

Treating 43 Cases of Piriformis Injury Syndrome by Traditional Chinese Herb Heat Compress Combined with Massage

目的:观察熥疗结合推拿治疗梨状肌损伤综合症的临床疗效。方法:采用中药熥疗结合推拿手法治疗,急性期时两种疗法隔日一次,慢性期时两种疗法日一次,先熥疗后推拿。结果:病人共43例,经1个疗程治愈12例,占28%;经2个疗程治愈26例,占60%;经3个疗程治愈5例,占12%。临床总有效率为100%。结论:熥疗结合推拿治疗梨状肌损伤综合症临床疗效显著,具有疗程短、见效快、经济、安全的特点,值得推广。

Objective：To explore the effect of Chinese herb heat compress therapy combined with massage on Piriformis Injury Syndrom. Methods ： The traditional Chinese herb heat compress and the massage were used in every other day in acute stage and once a day in chronic stage. Results：Among 43 cases, 12 cases （28%）were cured in the first course and 26 cases （60%）cured in the second course and 5 cases（ 12% ）cured in the third course. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion：Chinese herb heat compress combined with massage technique in the treatment of Piriformis Injury Syndrome is simple, safe and easy to operate and the curative effect is remarkable.
