中西医结合护理干预抑郁症患者临床效果观察及对生活质量的影响

Clinical Observation of Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Quality of Life of Patients with Depression

目的:探讨中西医结合护理干预抑郁症患者临床效果观察及对生活质量的影响。方法:根据随机数字表法将本组纳入的70例抑郁症患者随机分为观察组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。对照组采用常规药物治疗和常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上结合中西医结合护理干预。对比分析两组护理干预后临床疗效,护理干预前后HAMD评分,护理干预后护理满意率及护理干预前后生活质量评分。结果:观察组护理干预后总有效率(94.29%)显著高于对照组(71.43%),且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组HAMD干预后评分显著低于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组护理干预后护理满意率(97.14%)显著高于对照组(77.14%),且具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组生理功能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、生理职能、总体健康、情感职能、生命活力、社会功能评分护理干预后显著高于对照组,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理干预抑郁症患者效果显著,可明显提高患者生活质量,具有重要临床意义。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of integrative Chinese and Western Medicine nursing in patients with depression and its influence on quality of life. Methods ： According to the random number table, 70 patients with depression were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 35） and control group （ n = 35 ）. Control group was treated with conventional drug therapy and usual care intervention. The observation group on the basis used integrative nursing. Comparatively analyze the two groups clinical efficacy, nursing interventions HAMD score, nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores before and after nursing intervention. Results ：The total efficiency of nursing intervention after the observation group （94.29%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （71.43 % ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the intervention, the observation group＇s HAMD scores were signifi- cantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The satisfaction rate （97.14%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （77.14%） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The observation group＇s physiological function, mental health, phys- ical pain, physical function, general health, emotional function, vitality and social function scores were significantly higher after nursing intervention and had a statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Integrative Chinese and Western Medi- cine Nursing can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and has important clinical significance.
