目的:综述近年五子衍宗丸的药理作用及临床应用进展。方法:查阅相关年份期刊文献进行总结综述。结果:五子衍宗丸在生殖、肿瘤、神经等领域药理作用研究较多,在生殖、泌尿、血液、神经、内分泌等方面均有临床运用。结论:五子衍宗丸在人体的多个系统均有广泛的药理作用,临床应用于多种疾病,探索其具体作用机制及扩展其临床应用是未来的发展方向。

Objective ：This paper summarized the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Wuzi Yanzong Pill in re- cent years. Methods ： Search the summary of the relevant literature. Results ： There are many pharmacological researches of Wuzi Yanzong Pill in reproductive, cancer, neurological and other areas and it has clinical application in reproductive, urinary, blood, nervous, endocrine diseases, etc. Conclusion： Wuzi Yanzong Pill has a wide range of pharmacological effects on multiple systems of the human body, applied in a variety of clinical diseases. To explore the specific mechanism of action and expanding its clinical application is the future direction of development.
