打造京津冀世界级城市群若干重大问题的思考

着眼于京津冀协同发展打造世界级城市群的目标,研究当前和今后一个时期"需要做什么"和"应该怎样做"的重大问题。围绕完善世界级城市群布局,把石家庄打造成京津冀协同发展的第三极,打造河北"政策高地",促进产业生态化、生态产业化发展,适时推动河北县级行政区划调整,提出应把石家庄作为疏解非首都核心功能集中承载区、提升石家庄正定新区为国家级新区,逐步填平河北与京津的公共服务政策落差、支持河北成为6个"试点省",处理好生态与产业的关系、促进生态经济发展,解决河北县多县小问题、提高县城经济实力和带动力。
