北京京棉新城工程的编织幕墙立面交错,有较多交叉点,侧面又采用铝板装饰,接缝较多,使整个幕墙系统存在众多可能的漏水隐患。对该工程的渗漏隐患进行了详细分析,并有针对性地给出了防水设计方案,即采用以堵为主的"完全密封"方式来保证幕墙受水面的密封,实现了该复杂幕墙的防水功能。

For Beijing Jingmian New Town project, the vertical faces of woven curtain wall are interleaved, and there are many intersections; moreover, the side faces adopt aluminum boards for decoration, lot of joints there, so there are many hidden leaking possibilities with the whole curtain wall system. This article has a detailed analysis on the leaking possibilities, and puts forward waterproofing design plan correspondingly. That is ＂complete sealing＂ and giving priority to blocking. This plan guarantees the sealing of curtain wall surfaces exposed to water, and realizes the waterproofing function of this complex curtain wall.
