目前电除尘器广泛应用于火力发电、冶金、化学和水泥等工业部门的烟气除尘和物料回收行业,电除尘器是一种高效节能的烟气净化设备,具有收尘效率高、处理烟气量大的特点。但由于在安装、运营、维护及生产环节的差异的因素,常造成电除尘器不能达到理想的效果,出现除尘效率降低,排放粉尘超标、设备运行工况不良等情况。

At present, the electric dust collector is widely used in the industrial sectors such as power generation, metallurgy, chemical, cement and other industrial sectors. Electric dust collector is a kind of high efficiency and energy saving gas purification equipment which has the characteristics of high efficiency of dust collection and large amount of flue gas. But due to the difference of installation, operation, maintenance and production process, it often causes electric dust collector can not achieve the desired effect; the dust removal efficiency is reduced ; the dust emissions exceed the standard andthe equipment running condition is bad.
