双光子成像技术检测皮肤烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸及其应用 被引量:2

摘要 如何判断及检测皮肤衰老程度,一直是皮肤科及皮肤美容学很关注的问题。由于烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸[NAD(P)H]的生成伴随着ATP的形成,因而被认为可以用来指征细胞的能量水平。研究发现,年轻人皮肤中NAD(P)H水平显著高于老年人,这可能与内源性衰老及外部环境损害皮肤,导致NAD(P)H合成减慢和(或)分解代谢增加有关。这提示NAD(P)H可能成为在体检测皮肤衰老程度的分子标志物;保持NAD(P)H的生物水平可以成为保持皮肤良好状态以及护肤抗衰老的新途径。双光子成像技术因其穿透深、耗时短及无创性等优点,可用于活体检测皮肤衰老程度。
