浅析进出口粮食品质检验标准

Analysis of the import and export grain quality inspection standards

随着我国进出口粮食规模不断扩大,我国进出口粮食品质检验在采用标准方面存在的问题日益突出。针对经常出现由于采用标准不同,出现不同结果的情况,介绍了进出口粮食品质检验采用标准的情况。结合粮食品质检验工作的情况,对我国进出口粮食品质检验标准存在的部分粮食品质标准更新滞后、粮食品质标准相互交叉重复、标准有效性的复审和清理出现相互矛盾、粮食品质检验标准可操作性不强等问题进行了阐述,提出了完善进出口粮食品质检验标准体系的建议和急需制修订的检验项目标准。

With the continuous expansion of the scale of China＆#39;s import and export , the import and export food quality inspection was increasingly prominent in the use of standards .In view of the frequent appearance of different results by the use of different standards ,the import and export food quality inspection standards were introduced .In the case of food quality inspection ,the existing problems were expounded ,such as：some standards updating slowly ,cross and repeated ,the contradic‐tion of review and cleaning ,not very practical and so on ,so the suggestions were put forward ,including the standard system improvement of food quality inspection for import and export ,and the standard of inspection items needed to be revised.
