摘要 N-氨甲酰谷氨酸具有广泛的生物学功能,能提高血清中精氨酸浓度,降低血清中氨和尿素氮的浓度,改善肠道功能,提高免疫机能,促进仔猪的生长,但过量添加也会造成机体的损伤。就N-氨甲酰谷氨酸的概况、作用机理及在仔猪生产上的应用进行综述,以期对动物生产具有一定的参考作用。 N‐carbamylglutamic acid has a wide range of biological functions ,could improve the concentration of arginine in serum ,reduce the concentration of ammonia and urea nitrogen ,improve intestinal and immune function and promote the grow th of piglets ,but excessive addition can cause the body's damage .We reviewed the general situation ,action mechanism and appli‐cation of N‐carbamylglutamic acid in piglets ,in order to provide some reference for animal production .
