骨劈开技术与传统方法治疗上前牙缺失的临床研究

Clinical study on bone splitting technique and traditional method in the treatment of anterior teeth loss

目的：研究上前牙缺失患者的牙齿美学种植的问题。方法：近年来，美国的一部分医务工作者开始尝试采用骨劈开技术，来使过窄的牙槽分开而产生便于美学种植的生理条件。本文采用骨劈开技术用于35例各年龄层次的上前牙缺失患者的临床研究，并取得了理想的治疗效果。结果：患者的牙槽在用该方法治疗后，普遍增宽达到3．1～3．9mm，这个值接近了国外先进技术水平的效果，遥遥领先于其它治疗方法。治疗结束后，我们用了1．5年的时间进行术后观察，发现恢复效果良好。6个月后，92％的患者实现了与常人无异的康复状态，而剩下的几例患者也在1年内完全康复。作为对照，本文同时对15例上前牙患者采用传统的技术进行治疗，发现疗效远不及采用骨劈开技术，大部分患者在1年后还没有很好的恢复。结论：骨劈开技术是解决上前牙缺失患者在种植时面临问题的良方。

Objective This paper is to study the loss of upper anterior teeth with dental aesthetic cultivation problems,and it is also thefocus and difficulty. Methods The exciting, in recent years USApart of medical workers started to try to use bone splitting technique,tonarrow alveolar apart and physiological conditions for aesthetic cultivation.The bone splitting technique for 35 cases of various age levels ofanterior teeth loss in patients with clinical research,and has obtained the ideal effect in the treatment of patients with alveolar bone in the treatment. Results The method with the general increase,width up to 3.1-3.9mm,this value closed to the level of foreign advanced technology effect, be way ahead inother treatments.After the end of treatment,we took one and a half years after operation to observe, recovered well.After half a year,92% of the patients achieved healing state and normal,but a few remaining patientsrecover completely within a year.As a control, at the same time, 15 cases ofanterior teeth were treated by traditional technology are far less effectivetreatment,found by bone splitting technique,most of the patients had notrecovered well after one year. Conclusion Bone splittina techniaue is to solve the problem of anterior teeth loss patients faceloroblems in plant.
