成人骨性II类错牙合畸形患者的正畸正颌联合治疗进展

The progress of combined treatment of orthodontics and orthognathics for adult skeletal class II patients

骨性II类错牙合畸形表现为下颌骨相对于上颌骨处于后缩位置或上颌骨相对于下颌骨处于前突位置,ANB角大于5°。患者前牙深覆牙合、深覆盖,自然状态下双唇不能闭合,开唇露齿,露龈笑,可同时伴有下唇和颏部后缩,严重者出现上气道的狭窄,对患者的外观容貌和心理健康造成不利影响。对于严重成人骨性II类错牙合畸形,只能通过正畸正颌联合治疗才能达到理想的矫治目标,获得良好的颌骨间协调的关系,明显改善患者面部软组织侧貌。本文就成人骨性II类错牙合畸形的正畸正颌联合治疗做一综述。

Skeletal class II malocclusion showed mandibular retrusion or maxillary prognathism in relative position,the ANB angle is higer than 5 degrees.Patients had anterior deep overbite,overjet,and gummy smile.Lips couldn＇t be closed at the natural state,often accompanied by the retrusion of the lower lip and the chin.Severe cases might have upper airway obstruction.These could cause adverse effect on the patients with the appearance of the face and mental health.For serious adults with skeletal class II malocclusion,only through the orthodontic treatment combined with Orthognathic treatment can obtain the good relationship,significantly improve patients＇profile.In this paper,these treatments are made up to a summary.
