点阵CO_2激光治疗兔耳增生性瘢痕后P物质的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨点阵CO2激光治疗兔耳增生性瘢痕中P物质的变化情况。方法:建立兔耳增生性瘢痕模型,点阵CO2激光治疗后,免疫组化检测P物质的表达。结果:点阵CO2激光治疗后第1天P物质表达评分为1.33±0.50,第4天为7.67±1.58,治疗后第7天评分为4.00±1.41,第14天评分为1.56±0.88,第4天与第1天比较,第7天与第4天比较,第14天与第7天比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:点阵CO2激光治疗兔耳增生性瘢痕后P物质表达先升高后降低,这可能与点阵CO2激光参与创面再生修复有关。 Objective To investigate the change of substance P after fractional CO2 laser on the treatment of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ear. Methods The model of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ear was established,then expression of substance P were tested by immunohistochemical after fractional CO2 laser on the treatment of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ear. Results The score of substance P expression at 1st day was 1.33±0.50,the score of expression at 4th day was 7.67±1.58, xpression score at 7th day was 4.00±1.41,the score of expression at 14th day was 1.56±0.88,there is statistical significance between the two days(P〈0.05). Conclusions The change of substance P after fractional CO2 laser on the treatment of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ear shows a trend from rise to decline,it may be related to fractional CO2 laser participating in wound regeneration in situ.
