铒激光微剥脱联合微孔点阵模式治疗痤疮瘢痕的疗效评估 被引量:12

摘要 目的:评价铒激光微剥脱联合微孔点阵模式治疗痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效和安全性。方法:应用铒激光微剥脱联合微孔点阵模式对50例痤疮瘢痕患者进行治疗,治疗前后分别使用疗效判定标准和ECCA权重评分进行分析统计。结果:疗效判定标准显示,应用铒激光微剥脱联合微孔点阵模式治疗痤疮瘢痕的有效率为90%。ECCA权重评分显示,治疗后平均权重分值较治疗前有显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铒激光微剥脱联合微孔点阵模式治疗痤疮瘢痕疗效确切、安全,副作用小。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of the treatment of acne scars with combined use erbium fractional laser and micro-stripping. Methods To treat 50 cases of ache scar by erbium fractional laser and micro-stripping.Before and after treatment, efficiency and ECCA grading scale was assessed and compared. Results The total efficiency of the combined treatment group was 90% .Comparison of before and after treatment of ECCA,the score of after treatment decreased than before treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion Combined use erbium fractional laser and micro-stripping is an efficient and safe method in the treatment of ache scar.
