Observation on the efficacy of Q-switch 532nm Nd:YAG laser combined with imiquimod cream for verruca plana

目的:观察Q开关532nm Nd:YAG激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:用Q开关532nm Nd:YAG激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏或单用咪喹莫特乳膏治疗面部扁平疣患者,并观察其临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率85.00%,对照组有效率63.16%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.876,P<0.05)。结论:Q开关532nm Nd:YAG激光联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗面部扁平疣疗效显著。

Objective To observe the efficiency of Q-switch 532nm Nd：YAG laser combined with imiquimod cream for verruca ptana. Methods Observation on the clinicat efficacy of facial verruca plana were devided into 2 groups.Group one was treated with Q-switch 532nm Nd：YAG laser combined with imiquimod cream.While only topical use of imiquimod cream in group two. Results The efficiency rate of observation group was 85% ,while it was 63.16% in control group.There were significant difference between the two group（X^2=4.876,P〈0.05）. Conlusion Q-switch 532nm Nd：YAG laser combination with imiquimod cream in treating verruca plana is notable curative effect.
