供热系统分布式循环泵设置位置和数量的优化

摘要 对分布式循环泵供热系统节能率(与传统的动力集中式供热系统相比)的影响因素以及分布式循环泵优化设置位置、数量进行了理论分析。将传统动力集中式供热系统作为比较对象,分布式循环泵供热系统节能率与热源水头损失、各用户资用水头的变化趋势相反,与用户数量、干管水头损失的变化趋势一致。在热源设置热源循环泵,在用户支路设置分布式循环泵的分布式循环泵供热系统,在能耗损失最小的前提下,具有分布式循环泵数量少的优势。 The influence factors of energy saving rate of heat-supply system with distributed circulating pumps that compare with the energy saving rate of traditional power centralized heat-supply system as well as the optimal position and quantity of distributed circulating pumps are analyzed in theory. Taking the traditional power centralized heat-supply system as compared object, the energy saving rate of heat-supply system with distributed circulating pumps is opposite to the change trend of heat source water head loss and available water head of each user, hut is consistent to the number of users and the change trend of main water head loss. Based on graph theory and research of Kirchhoff's current and voltage law, the heat-supply system with distributed circulating pumps at the heat source where the heat source circulation pump are installed and at the user branches where distributed circulating pumps are installed has the advantage of less number of distributed circulating pumps under the premise of minimum energy loss.
