对2台400 m^3液氨球罐进行拆卸并吊装运输至异地,重新进行组装、坡口气刨、焊接、无损检测、整体热处理、产品焊接试件检验与试验、水压试验、气密性试验。论述了球罐拆卸的方法、步骤、注意事项及球罐异地搬迁后重新组焊施工的全过程。
Two 400 m^3 liquid ammonia spherical tanks are disassembled and transported to other site. The reassemble, groove gouging, welding, nondestructive test, bulk heat treatment, welding-specimen inspection and test, hydrostatic test and tightness test are again performed. The method, procedure, matters needing attention for disassembling spherical tanks and the whole process of welding construction of the relocated spherical tanks are discussed.
