摘要
以氢化苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H-MDI)、聚氧乙烯十二烷基胺(PAE)、聚乙二醇(PEG)为主要原料,合成了系列侧链含十二烷基、主链嵌入大量聚环氧乙烷(EO)结构的阳-非离子型聚氨酯表面活性剂(PUS)。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、表面张力、临界胶束浓度、乳化力测试等对其进行分析。结果表明:当以PAE为软段单体,以聚乙二醇(PEG-200)为扩链剂时,合成的聚氨酯高分子表面活性剂的综合性能优异,溶液的临界胶束浓度为53.10 mg/L,水溶液的表面张力最低可达38.12 m N/m。
A series of cationic-nonionic polyurethane surfactant (PUS) with long side chain alkyl and the structure of polyether (EO) embedded in main chain were designed and synthesized mainly based on H-MDI, PAE, and PEG. The properties were measured by in- frared spectroscopy (FT-IR), surface tension, critical micelle concentration, emulsifying power. The researches indicated that when the soft segment is PAE and the chain extender is polyethylene glycol(PEG-200) , the excellent comprehensive performance of PUS-1 was ob- tained. The critical micelle concentration of whose is 53.10 mg/L and the surface tension can be as low as 38.12 mN/m.
