白炭黑对彩色涂料综合性能的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用白炭黑部分取代二氧化钛添加到苯丙乳液中用于制备彩色外墙涂料。对不同白炭黑含量的彩色涂料样板的耐老化性、耐沾污性、硬度进行了系统测试和对比,结果表明:当白炭黑用量(占配方质量分数,下同)为0.9.0%时,涂膜反射率从10.6%下降到2.4%,这表明适当添加白炭黑可以提高苯丙乳液涂料的耐沾污性;此外,实验考察了涂膜的耐洗刷性、耐水性及耐碱性等综合性能,结果表明:添加白炭黑制备的涂膜的耐洗刷次数最多可以达到6150次,耐水性达130h,耐碱性提高到72h,满足GB/T9755--2014中优等品的要求。 Colored coatings were prepared by using silica white as partial replacement of titanium dioxide in styrene- acrylic emulsion. The properties such as whiteness, stain resistance, and hardness of coatings were tested and compared systematically. Experimental re- suits showed that when 0- 9% titanium dioxide was replaced by silica white, the reflectivity of the acrylic emulsion coating was reduced from 10.9% to 1.2%, indicating that appropriate re- placement of titanium dioxide with silica white could improve the stain resistance of the coating. Other comprehensive properties of the acrylic emulsion coatings including scrub resist- ance, water resistance and alkali resistance were also tested. The results showed that the coat- ing added with silica white exhibited the scrubbing times up to 6 150, the improved water re- sistance from 100 h to 130 h, and the alkali resistance up to 72 h.
