摘要
构建一个结合几何建模技术、仿真分析和虚拟现实(VR)技术的涂装车间设计验证系统,从VR工厂实际物流出发,以分析生产线平衡的最大产能为研究目的,通过VR交互体验对设计方案验证的手段,实现生产物流系统的精益设计,将设计数据和VR模型有机结合,利用VR技术,提供用户栩栩如生、身临其境、交互的沉浸式可视化环境。给出了系统的构建原理和总体设计,最后实现了系统原型,并应用到工程实践中。
This paper presents a design and verification system of painting workshop com- bined with geometric modeling, simulation and virtual reality (VR) technology, by which the optimal design of production and logistics can be obtained by means of analyzing the maximum capacity of the production line balance based on practical logistics via verification using virtual reality interactive experience. Combined with design data and VR model, a visualized environ-ment characterized by virtual connectivity and user interactivity is provided. This paper gives the design principle and overall design of the system mentioned above, and provides the proto- type system which has been applied in practical engineering.
